Whilst the schedule has yet to be finalised, the schedule is taking shape.
Digital health needs to grow quickly and so this unique conference will be breaking new ground by looking at the role of the consumer in making digital health happen.
How will citizens access digital health? We hear from "new routes to market" in the shape of:
Expert GmbH: A consumer electronics retail giant that spans Europe
Orange Healthcare: The healthcare arm of the well-known telco
Albyn Housing: One of the most forward thinking third sector organisations
Lloyds Pharmacy: A familiar name, quickly developing their interests in digital health
And we explore why digital health has stuttered to date, hearing from experts in psychology on how this vital discipline will help to transform the field.
Also, hear first hand experiences of the consumer market from AliveCor and D Health consulting.
And who better than the Patients Information Forum to provide an expert view on the role of the consumer?
And we go some way to answering the question "who understands the needs of patients better - doctors of marketing execs"? Both of course have a role to play but hear from the EU/US organisation BluSpecs on a novel method for identifying consumer needs within a healthcare system.
And finally, there are two workshops in the making, both aiming to break new ground.
- Matching NHS need against digital health solutions. Are the right solutions out there? You'll find out by the end of this unique exercise.
- Designing the next generation of consumer digital health products. Do you want to be part of this next wave? Join other experienced and talented individuals and organisations to investigate opportunities to serve the needs of our population in a way that works.
And not a pilot in sight.
