Interactive Conference Sessions

In addition to an already strong line up, we are delighted to provide more detail on two interactive sessions at the conference.

Matching NHS Need With Digital Health Solutions

We can’t forget the importance of the statutory sector in digital health and we support any efforts for the NHS to become more “end user focussed”. With this in mind we are delighted to announce that senior colleagues from NHS Scotland will explain the challenges that they face to our delegation. They will then work with our delegates in small groups for a thorough session to construct the best possible combination of digital health solutions to help them meet their needs. Undoubtedly, there will be some interesting exchanges as the group aim to reach common understanding and as such we will dedicate an hour and a half to this process. We hope that our delegation will learn about the challenges and constraints on NHS colleagues and together they will map out how current digital health offerings can be combined to best service these growing needs. Co-hosted by D-Health and Peter Williamson (Scottish Government).

Designing the next-generation of digital health products and services

Our other interactive session will examine the complexity involved in developing the next-generation of digital health offerings for the citizen. The delegation will be tasked with exploring the necessary aspects required for the successful development and delivery of a digitally-enabled product or service for the consumer market. At the end of this process it is hoped a common understanding will be reached of the many aspects involved and more importantly, that no one organisation has the capabilities and expertise to successfully deliver. This will be the start of a process where D Health acts as the Catalyst; introducing organisations to each other that share common interests in addressing the major health and care problems today, each having a piece of the jigsaw.
